📋 Description

• Build AI solutions using Python, .NET, and modern technologies. • Contribute to the creation of solutions using LLMs, RAG, MCP, and AI harnesses. • Develop proofs of concept, experiments, and scalable solutions. • Support other teams in adopting AI within the Localiza Labs ecosystem. • Create components, accelerators, and best practices to facilitate AI adoption across the company. • Work on innovation, experimentation, and the continuous evolution of intelligent solutions. • Help turn ideas into AI-based products, services, and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python. • Strong proficiency in .NET. • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of AI. • Experience with or familiarity with LLMs. • Knowledge of MCP. • Knowledge of RAG. • Experience with harnesses or frameworks for validation, testing, and deployment/execution of AI solutions. • Strong understanding of architecture, integration, quality, and scalability. • Experience with APIs, microservices, and integrations. • Plus: Experience with cloud. • Plus: Knowledge of vector databases and embeddings. • Plus: Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps. • Plus: Interest in innovation, experimentation, and new technologies. • Plus: Awareness of security, governance, and responsible AI use.
