📋 Description

• Lead the development and integration of AI components such as LLMs, agents, predictive models and intelligent pipelines into applications and enterprise systems focused on financial, tax and regulatory contexts • Contribute to defining the technical architecture of solutions, taking into account scalability, resilience, security, governance, cost and sustainability • Perform technical reviews and critical validations of models, pipelines, integrations and architectural decisions • Translate strategic needs from business areas into high-impact AI solutions • Support the development of solutions for analysis, automation, simulations and decision support related to Tax Reform • Keep technical documentation up to date, ensuring traceability, reusability and clarity of decisions • Mentor and develop less experienced professionals, disseminating engineering best practices and responsible AI usage • Prepare presentations, technical materials and alignment content for different audiences • Participate in prioritizing requests and managing scope • Share knowledge about AI frameworks, APIs, microservices, integration patterns and intelligent applications • Lead technical discussions with DevOps, Engineering, Security and Architecture teams • Evaluate emerging technologies and propose evolutionary paths aligned with the company strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience using AI/ML libraries and frameworks • Experience with NLP, computer vision and generative AI, including LLMs, agents, RAG architectures and protocols such as MCP • Mastery of software engineering best practices, including modularization, testing, observability, versioning, code review and delivery quality • Experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes • Experience with cloud services for deployment, monitoring and operation of AI solutions in production • Ability to design integrations between models, APIs, microservices and enterprise applications • Experience documenting technical decisions, models, flows and architectures • Skill in communicating technical results to business areas and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to translate business problems into scalable and sustainable AI solutions • Technical leadership, standards definition and team mentorship • Strong collaboration with business and technology areas • Critical thinking and systems-level vision • Clear communication with technical and executive audiences • Continuous interest in trends and responsible AI use • Differentials: experience in financial, tax, accounting or regulatory contexts; Tax Reform or compliance; MLOps/LLMOps; data products; modern architectures and strong data governance
