📋 Description

• Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams. • Lead stakeholder meetings and translate business needs into data solutions. • Gather requirements and align strategic objectives with technology solutions. • Define and design robust, scalable, and integrated data architectures. • Develop and implement solutions for processing and integrating large volumes of data. • Build and orchestrate data pipelines using Azure Data Factory. • Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making. • Develop backend services using Java and Python. • Propose solutions focused on data quality, performance, and governance. • Participate in projects to modernize and transform cloud data platforms. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile, AI-enabled environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Serve as the point of contact between business and technical teams, leading stakeholder meetings and translating business needs into data solutions. • Experience understanding and gathering requirements, promoting alignment between strategic objectives and technology solutions. • Experience defining and designing robust, scalable, and integrated data architectures. • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure platforms and their Analytics and Database components. • Advanced knowledge of Databricks; certification is a plus. • Experience with Azure Data Factory, including building and orchestrating data pipelines. • Experience developing and implementing solutions for processing and integrating large volumes of data. • Knowledge of Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, and Analytics environments. • Experience developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making. • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and object-oriented programming concepts. • Experience with Oracle databases. • Knowledge of developing services using Java and Python (backend services). • Experience working in AI-enabled delivery environments using tools such as GitHub Copilot. • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. • Ability to propose innovative solutions focused on quality, performance, and data governance. • Experience with cloud data platform modernization and transformation projects. • Proactive and self-directed approach to managing requests and solving problems. • Strong analytical skills and strategic vision. • Ability to understand complex scenarios and transform them into practical solutions. • Strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ownership mindset and commitment to high-quality deliverables. • Continuous pursuit of innovation and improvement. • Resilience in the face of technical and business challenges.
