📋 Description

• Develop agentic AI systems by designing and implementing tool-calling agents that combine retrieval, structured reasoning, and safe action execution, with safeguards for security and compliance. • Build evaluation frameworks for open-source and foundation LLMs, implementing retrieval, prompt synthesis, response validation, and self-correction loops for production operations. • Integrate agents with runtime ecosystems, connecting them to observability, incident management, and deployment systems for automated diagnostics and remediation with traceability. • Collaborate with production and application teams to translate challenges into agentic AI capabilities, helping define objective functions tied to reliability, risk reduction, and cost efficiency. • Enhance governance by building validator models, adversarial prompts, and policy checks, while implementing deterministic fallbacks, circuit breakers, and rollback strategies. • Optimize scalability and performance through prompt engineering, context management, caching, and model routing to meet SLOs.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift, Step Functions, SageMaker) and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation). • Proven software development experience in Python, C/C++, Go, or Java. • 5–7 years of experience designing, building, testing, and launching ML systems in production, including deployment/serving, evaluation, monitoring, data pipelines, and fine-tuning workflows. • Hands-on experience with LLM API integration, prompt engineering, fine-tuning/adaptation, RAG, and tool-using agents. • Working knowledge of commercial and open-source LLMs and their capabilities (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Llama, Qwen, Claude). • Strong knowledge of applied statistics, fundamental ML concepts, algorithms, and data structures. • Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2). • Strong hands-on experience with Python at scale.
