📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including scoping, scheduling, resourcing, and tracking milestones across multiple concurrent initiatives • Build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and status reporting • Serve as the primary point of contact for external clients and partners • Identify, triage, and drive resolution of project risks, blockers, and technical issues • Facilitate standups, planning sessions, retrospectives, and client check-ins • Translate business and client requirements into structured project plans and well-defined engineering tasks • Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality; escalate and resolve issues proactively • Maintain project charters, status reports, decision logs, and client-facing materials • Partner with engineering leads to troubleshoot delivery bottlenecks, dependency conflicts, and process gaps • Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement in project management processes and tooling • Act as day-to-day liaison between internal teams and external clients or partners • Lead client-facing status updates, business reviews, and issue-resolution conversations • Surface client risks with mitigation plans and realistic timelines • Manage competing priorities across multiple clients or partner accounts • Coordinate technical troubleshooting for client-reported issues • Gather and document client feedback and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 5+ years managing technical projects, ideally in software development, data platforms, or enterprise IT environments • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines • Demonstrated troubleshooting ability with technical issues and cross-team coordination • Experience working directly with external clients or partners • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate technical detail for non-technical audiences and vice versa • Working knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with APIs, cloud environments, and data pipelines • Experience leveraging AI tools for productivity, documentation, reporting, analysis, planning, communication, and delivery workflows • PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus
