📋 Description

• Utilize multiple sourcing strategies, including Staffing Engine, job boards, social media, direct outreach, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), to identify and convert qualified healthcare clinicians and applicants. • Assist top-performing recruiters in building and maintaining a pipeline of healthcare clinicians with the necessary skill sets, certifications, and experience for current and future job openings. • Conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate clinicians' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients. • Partner with assigned top recruiters to understand specific job requirements and tailor sourcing efforts to meet those needs. • Maintain Bullhorn database of clinicians' profiles, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized. • Build strong relationships with clinicians to keep them engaged throughout the Gifted submission process. • Provide superb internal and external customer service and promote and exemplify Gifted Healthcare’s values - Diversity, Resilience, Compassion, Inclusivity and Fun.

• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues and clinicians, ensuring a client- and nurse-centered approach. • Demonstrated interpersonal competence with a team-oriented mindset, contributing to team success. • Efficient time management with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. • Self-motivated and goal-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. • Proficient in Bullhorn, Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and other relevant software tools. • Experience with Staffing Engine preferred. • Ability to conduct initial phone screens and assessments to evaluate clinicians' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for clients.
