📋 Description

• Proactively track and manage renewal opportunities across assigned accounts • Review bid postings, RFPs, and customer requests for renewal and upsell potential • Conduct outreach to customers to discuss renewals, contract options, and expansion opportunities • Work with Cisco, HPE Aruba, and other vendor partners for pricing and product information • Address customer needs directly and/or coordinate with Sales Representatives to resolve issues • Deliver sales and marketing materials, supporting campaigns that drive customer engagement • Project Operations and Management: Process leads, update CRM tools, and schedule appointments • Maintain customer renewal data and manage opportunity tracking in CRM • Monitor the flow of emails and communications related to renewals and sales • Assist with order entry, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring accurate delivery timelines • Support customers with renewal inquiries, returns, and requests for information • Build Your Industry Professional Knowledge: Stay current with Cisco, HPE Aruba, and other vendor programs, incentives, and certifications • Participate in educational opportunities, read professional publications, and expand personal networks • Continuously build knowledge of industry trends, sales best practices, and technology solutions

🎯 Requirements

• High School graduate • 2- or 4-year college graduate preferred • Excellent telephone skills and strong communication abilities (written and verbal) • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database/CRM management • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and organization • Positive, ambitious, resourceful, and highly dependable team player • 2+ years of experience in sales, renewals, account management, or business development • Knowledge of Cisco, HPE Aruba, and related IT vendor solutions • Previous experience in technology sales, customer service, or vendor coordination • IT industry exposure and familiarity with vendor partner programs a strong plus
