📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects, including network deployments, cabling, and multi-site rollouts • Manage multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for scope, timelines, and budgets • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, including executive-level status updates • Review RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs to ensure quality, completeness, and alignment with client requirements • Develop and maintain project documentation, including statements of work, schedules, and closeout reports • Coordinate internal engineering teams and field resources for project execution • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively • Ensure all milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on time and within budget • Identify and escalate new business opportunities within existing client accounts • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve project challenges • Uphold GigaKOM standards for operational excellence and continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on IT infrastructure or network-related projects • Proven experience managing full project lifecycles from initiation to completion • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams • Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, and structured cabling (fiber, CAT5/6) • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred • Experience working with public sector or education clients, including familiarity with E-Rate programs • Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management frameworks • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar • Experience working with U.S.-based clients preferred • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
