• Collaborate with clients to understand their system requirements and business needs. • Design, implement, and support systems that include Microsoft products, Azure, AWS, virtualization technologies, storage, servers, and security measures. • Ensure optimal system performance, reliability, and scalability. • Monitor system health and security, implementing upgrades and patches as necessary. • Provide technical support to clients, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement best practices. • Stay current with emerging technologies, applying new knowledge to improve existing solutions. • Assist in preparing technical documentation, guides, and reports.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of experience working with Microsoft products, Azure, AWS, virtualization, storage, servers, and security. • Strong understanding of system architecture, network protocols, and cloud computing. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and team members effectively. • Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. • Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development. • Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or AWS are a plus. • Must be willing to associate certifications with GigaKOM during employment.
