📋 Description

• Lead and inspire cross-functional remote teams to deliver operational excellence and sustained client success. • Optimize internal processes for greater efficiency and scalable growth across the agency. • Own client success management: Ensure world-class service and satisfaction across all engagements. • Develop, document, and update playbooks, SOPs, and process documentation for every operational area. • Proactively monitor daily operations, swiftly resolving issues to guarantee smooth agency performance. • Drive key agency-wide initiatives —from process improvements to team capability building. • Collaborate with founders and senior leaders on strategic growth and innovation projects. • Oversee a team of distributed professionals (marketers, designers, developers, and more).

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field. • At least 2 years of experience in operations management, business process improvement, or a related field—ideally within a digital agency, startup, or tech environment. • Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proven success in remote team management and driving initiatives across departments. • Demonstrated ability to write SOPs and process documentation . • Analytical thinker and optimization mindset. • Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages a plus). • Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
