📋 Description
• Own the statistical and consensus-based rolling 36-month demand forecast across the full product portfolio • Manage the demand plan at item, customer, and channel levels • Track and explain forecast accuracy, bias, and demand variance • Own and lead the end-to-end S&OP Demand Review process
🎯 Requirements
• 8–10 years of experience in CPG, food & beverage, or consumer goods • Fluent in enterprise demand planning tools (o9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, or similar) • Strong in Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
