📋 Description

• Work closely with clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure successful implementation. • Lead industry-specific system implementations, acting as the bridge between business and IT. • Identify new business opportunities and establish long-term, trusting relationships. • Actively contribute to the development of our service portfolio, tailored to current demands and trends in the industry.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree • Extensive industry experience (banking and/or insurance) and deep understanding of industry trends, regulatory frameworks, and key challenges for financial institutions • Passion for digitalization issues and information technology • At least ten years of professional experience in consulting and/or relevant project experience • Proven sales track record of 3 to 6 million • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset • In-depth knowledge of common consulting methods and tools, ideally project management (e.g., PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit) • Strong leadership skills • Reliable sales network • Innovative mindset and willingness to take on responsibility • Consultant-typical willingness to travel • Fluent in German and English
