📋 Description

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for Cybersecurity consulting and services • Identify and acquire new key accounts while expanding existing client relationships • Position Cybersecurity offerings in the market and help shape the portfolio • Lead complex RFI/RFP proposal processes, including proposal development, pricing strategy, and C-level contract negotiations • Collaborate with the Cybersecurity Leadership Team and other consulting practices to develop integrated service offerings • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, resellers, and ecosystem partners • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and relevant committees • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, combining strategic consulting expertise with a strong commercial mindset • Support client engagements, business development activities, and internal collaboration across regions

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field • 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, ideally in consulting or a comparable role with strong business development focus • Proven track record building and growing client accounts and selling complex Cybersecurity services and solutions • Strong knowledge of the Cybersecurity market, including threat landscapes, regulations, technologies, and vendor ecosystems • Understanding of the needs of large enterprises and mid-sized organizations • Confidence engaging with C-level executives • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong results orientation • Experience leading proposal teams and managing complex deals • Fluent German and English, written and spoken • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements, business development, and internal collaboration
