📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects, customers, and partners across Asia on GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform • Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation across the full software development lifecycle • Own technical evaluations, including solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, tenders, audits, and value stream assessments • Collaborate with Account Executives and go-to-market teams on account strategies for customer acquisition and expansion • Build relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders and guide digital transformation • Advise customers on software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices • Share customer feedback, use cases, and competitive insights with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing • Create reusable technical examples, best-practice guidance, and collateral for customers and partners • Pursue ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to improve team impact

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles • Proficiency across the software development lifecycle, modern DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Generative and Agentic AI in software delivery • Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, CI/CD, and collaboration platforms • Practical knowledge of cloud computing, deployment, security, and operations technologies • Ability to lead proofs of concept or value, tenders, audits, workshops, and value stream assessments • Clear technical communication and presentation skills for technical and business decision makers • Fluent Mandarin language skills required; ability to engage stakeholders from C-level executives through end-user buyers • Ability to build trusted relationships, listen empathetically, and advocate for customers internally • Motivation for continuous professional development and learning new technologies
