📋 Description
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture • Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple companies within the GDC group • Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements • Lead annual budgeting and multi-year financial forecasting processes • Prepare financial materials for senior leadership and Boards, as required
🎯 Requirements
• CPA designation (CPA, CA, CMA, or CGA) • 7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership responsibility • Proven experience working in multi-entity or group-of-companies environments • Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting expertise • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity
