• Lead finance team to manage all finance operations • Ensure compliance with accounting policies, systems, and structures • Oversee statutory audits and internal audits • Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable • Coordinate with tax advisors and legal experts • Conduct financial planning and analysis • Handle commercial contract negotiations and legal policies
🎯 Requirements
• 15+ years of overall experience • 3+ years in a lead role • Chartered Accountant / MBA finance (tier 1 institutes only) • Advanced excel and financial modeling skills • Ability to use AI tools effectively • Strong interest in the social impact sector
