📋 Description
• Own GiveDirectly’s strategic learning and measurement agenda • Define and drive org-wide prioritization of impact learning questions • Provide oversight for GiveDirectly’s research portfolio • Support product design decisions with evidence and analysis • Build and lead a small, highly leveraged team
🎯 Requirements
• Senior technical leadership on formal research • Collaboration with Product Leads, Partnerships, and M&E staff • Understanding of market-level effects of cash transfers • Ability to set organization-wide priorities for learning and M&E • Expertise in large-scale, strategic M&E
🏖️ Benefits
• Base Salary: $128,000 • Bonus at Target Performance: 15% (~$19,200) • Estimated Total Compensation at Target: $147,200+ • Annual Benefits Stipend: $21,393 • Additional taxable income options for benefits stipend
