📋 Description
• Provide expert medical reviews for the Veterans Administration. • Leverage clinical expertise to conduct objective reviews of wound care cases. • Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. • Manage a flexible schedule while conducting reviews. • Participate in quality management reviews in a timely manner.
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program. • Must hold a current, non-restricted RN license in a U.S. state or territory. • Minimum of 5 years of active clinical practice in wound care and 2 years of recent experience in the specialty. • Must be actively practicing with hospital privileges and working a minimum of 20 clinical hours per month onsite. • Must be board-certified and hold an active RN wound care certificate. • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and provide objective, well-reasoned written opinions.
