📋 Description

• Lead and Coach the Sales Team: Manage and develop account managers to meet or exceed sales targets through consistent pipeline management and performance reviews. • Manage a Personal Book of Business: Maintain key client relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure exceptional service delivery. • Build a Rep Network: Recruit, train, and support manufacturer’s reps and distributors to expand national coverage and strengthen brand presence. • Drive Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and deepen client partnerships. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, operations, and quoting teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and excellent service. • Track Results: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular progress updates to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within lighting, architecture, or technology industries • 2+ years in a team leadership or account management role • Proven success growing accounts and leading sales teams in a remote or distributed environment • Experience working with independent reps or distribution networks • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proficiency with CRM tools (Dynamics 365 preferred)
