📋 Description

• Build target persona lists in LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on ICP criteria and buyer/champion personas provided by the team • Create, personalize, and launch outbound sequences in Lemlist using email and LinkedIn • Draft personalized follow-up messages using provided frameworks, with increasing autonomy over time as you learn our voice and positioning • Run daily check-ins with the Faction sales team to review progress, align on priorities, and flag anything that needs attention • Monitor campaign performance daily (connections, replies, open rate) and flag actionable items, trends, and improvements • Hand off positive responses to the sales team within the same business day, with full context • Keep the team on track with lead follow-ups so no prospect falls through the cracks • Maintain accurate lead statuses in Attio as campaigns progress

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound execution role • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator: building lists, filtering by title, industry, company size, and buying signals • Experience running campaigns in Lemlist or a comparable sequencing platform (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) • Strong written communication skills. You take grammar, spelling, and tone seriously • Understanding of outbound copywriting, sequencing logic, and how to personalize at scale without sounding generic • Self-managed and reliable. This is a remote role with clear weekly output expectations • Experience with Attio or similar CRM tools • Familiarity with Clay or data enrichment workflows • Background in B2B SaaS sales; industrial distribution or manufacturing experience a plus • Prior experience on a lean startup or early-stage GTM team
