• Provide accurate English ↔ Fulani interpretation via telephone • Facilitate clear communication between USCIS officers and limited English proficient individuals • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism during interpretation sessions • Follow interpreter ethics and standards
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and Fulani • Prior interpretation experience (legal, immigration, or government preferred) • Ability to perform consecutive interpretation accurately • Reliable phone and internet connection • Ability to maintain confidentiality and impartiality • Experience interpreting for immigration or government agencies (preferred) • Interpreter certification or professional training (preferred) • Familiarity with USCIS terminology and procedures (preferred)
