📋 Description

• As an IT Key Account Manager / Client Manager (m/f/d) you actively shape the digital future of our clients. • You build long-term relationships with strategic accounts, identify new business opportunities and, together with our experts, develop innovative IT solutions. • You manage and develop strategic customers in the industrial sector (excluding the public sector) and establish sustainable partnerships. • You identify new business opportunities and initiate digitalization projects across the entire NTT DATA portfolio. • You advise customers on topics such as Network, Security, Unified Collaboration, Data Center, Infrastructure and Cloud. • Together with our specialist departments you develop customer-specific solutions and present them convincingly to clients. • You win new framework agreements and actively drive business development in the private sector. • You ensure high customer satisfaction and accompany customers as a trusted point of contact. • You position NTT DATA as a leading partner for digitalization and IT transformation.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained sales experience following your (university) education and bring solid knowledge in customer acquisition, strategic account management and business development. • You have experience maintaining and expanding existing customers and are hungry for acquiring new clients. • You have experience managing proposal processes and customer assignments. • You are well versed in at least one of the technology areas Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace or Data Center and are comfortable working with business metrics and calculations. • Native-level German and good English skills, and due to the customer setting residence in Baden-Württemberg or Bavaria.
