📋 Description

• Als direkter technischer Ansprechpartner für unseren professionellen Kundenstamm fungieren. • Unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Anwendung unserer CAD- und Berechnungsprogramme betreuen. • Komplexe technische Anfragen über unsere Experten-Hotline mit Schwerpunkt auf Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär (HLS) lösen. • Anwender bei der Maximierung ihrer Produktivität durch optimalen Einsatz des Trimble MEP-Software-Ökosystems unterstützen.

🎯 Requirements

• Technische(r) Systemplaner/in, Techniker/in oder Ingenieur/in der Fachrichtung Gebäudetechnik (HLS) • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu erklären. • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude am professionellen Kundenkontakt. • Kenntnisse in CAD/CAE-Programmen im Bereich HLSE (Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Elektrotechnik) und besonders in Trimble Nova. • Erste Erfahrungen im technischen Support oder in der Software-Implementierung sind von Vorteil. • Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Betreuung regionaler Kunden.
