• Acquire new customers in the Energy & Critical Infrastructure sector and expand existing accounts • Position NTT DATA Security Services with a focus on Cisco security solutions—e.g., Secure Firewall, Universal ZTNA, Hybrid Mesh Firewall, Identity & Access, XDR/Splunk, HyperShield • Demonstrate how security contributes to meeting regulatory requirements (e.g., NIS2, IT‑SiG, BSI‑KRITIS) • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT decision-makers: understand needs, develop strategies, and position security as an enabler of reliability and innovation • Manage the entire sales process—from requirements analysis and proposals to contract closing • Execute go-to-market initiatives and campaigns with a focus on critical infrastructure (KRITIS) and supply security • Work closely with Cisco, internal account teams, and our consulting and delivery specialists • Represent NTT DATA at industry events, trade shows (e.g., E‑world, it‑sa) and customer events
• Several years of sales experience in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, ideally with a focus on energy or critical infrastructures • Proven success in complex sales cycles, preferably in regulated environments • Knowledge of industry-specific challenges: supply security, network resilience, regulatory compliance • Familiar with current security trends (Zero Trust, Cloud Security, AI-driven defense, resilience) • Strong communication and advisory skills at C-level (CIO, CISO, operations management) • Hunter mentality, self-motivation, and a structured, goal-oriented working style • Fluent German and very good English skills
