📋 Description

• Collaborate with our development team to enhance the conversational flow and user experience of our existing Q&A systems. • Design, develop, and deploy a customer-facing chatbot for our website's landing page using AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex. • Assist in the integration of the chatbot with our existing backend systems and databases. • Test and debug chatbot functionalities to ensure a smooth and error-free user interaction. • Contribute to the documentation of the chatbot's architecture and functionalities. • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and AWS services.

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field. • A foundational understanding of Python. • Exposure to or coursework in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP). • A strong and demonstrable interest in building chatbots and conversational AI. • Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly AWS Lambda and Amazon Lex, through projects, coursework, or previous internships. • Familiarity with building and consuming APIs. • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for chatbot integration is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning. • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
