📋 Description

• Lead configuration, customization, and implementation of Maximo EAM modules (Work Management, Asset, Inventory, Procurement, etc.) • Translate functional requirements into scalable Maximo solutions with technical configurations and scripting • Develop MIF integrations, Automation Scripts, workflows, and BIRT reports • Drive system testing, UAT, and go-live activities • Work with cross-functional teams including DBAs, Infra Admins, and Functional SMEs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo (7.6.x and MAS 8.0+) • Proven track record of Maximo implementations, upgrades, and customizations • Strong knowledge of Java, MBOs, Automation Scripts, BIRT, MIF, REST/SOAP APIs • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field • IBM Maximo Certification preferred (MAS 8.x specialization is a plus)
