📋 Description

• Supervise and develop a team of remote sales representatives. • Work with the Sales Leadership team to drive revenue growth. • Coach and support sales representatives to meet performance goals. • Build trust with the team and maintain clear communication. • Monitor daily sales activities and productivity using CRM tools. • Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance reviews. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Partner with leadership to refine lead generation and customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably managing remote or distributed teams. • Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed sales targets. • Strong coaching, leadership, and communication skills. • Experience building and optimizing sales processes and playbooks. • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital communication tools. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make strategic adjustments. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
