📋 Description
• Gerenciar e acompanhar a implantação da plataforma de monitoramento e acompanhamento de pacientes crônicos. • Coordenar as atividades entre equipes multidisciplinares, stakeholders e fornecedores. • Facilitar o entendimento dos requisitos de negócio, traduzindo necessidades da área de saúde para as equipes envolvidas. • Garantir o cumprimento dos cronogramas, riscos, dependências e marcos do projeto. • Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento, reportar status e apoiar a tomada de decisão. • Promover a integração entre as áreas de negócio, operações e tecnologia.
🎯 Requirements
• Experiência sólida em gestão de projetos, preferencialmente em iniciativas de transformação digital ou implantação de sistemas. • Conhecimento do segmento de saúde, com capacidade de compreender processos assistenciais e operacionais. • Habilidade para atuar como facilitador(a) entre áreas de negócio e equipes técnicas. • Excelente comunicação, organização e capacidade de articulação com diferentes stakeholders.
