📋 Description

• Develop and execute test plans; • Validate critical business rules; • Support the definition of regression scenarios; • Create and maintain test evidence; • Assist in identifying impacts of changes to legacy code; • Work closely with the development team to reduce rework; • Support the evolution of manual and automated testing strategy; • Contribute to building a reusable test base for the modernization process.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in functional, regression and exploratory testing; • Experience creating test scenarios, test data sets and test evidence; • Ability to understand complex business rules; • Experience with enterprise systems or ERPs; • Experience with Jira or equivalent tools; • Good communication with developers, product and business stakeholders; • Ability to structure tests for critical features and legacy routines; • Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases for queries and validations; • Knowledge or experience with payroll software is desirable; • Knowledge or experience with tax/fiscal systems; • Knowledge or experience with accounting systems; • Experience with test automation; • Experience with TestComplete will be considered a strong plus; • Experience testing legacy desktop applications; • Experience validating import routines, calculations, integrations, and statutory/ancillary obligations; • Knowledge of regression testing for modernization environments.
