📋 Description

• Oversee all student recruitment activities • Manage business development activities and account management • Implement marketing and sales strategies for international student recruitment • Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in international student recruitment for higher education • Established and relevant agency network • Solid understanding of industry trends • Experience developing and training education agents • Experience sourcing agents from fairs, business trips, enquiries, referrals, and searches • Experience generating new revenue from existing streams and accounts • Proven track record of identifying, supporting, and developing business partners • Experience performing client research • Highly motivated individual • Confident in delivering workshops and presentations, hosting conferences
