• Coordinate daily project tasks and timelines. • Monitor progress and ensure alignment with project goals. • Escalate issues or delays proactively. • Liaise with IT, operations, finance, student services, and other stakeholders. • Align project deliverables with cross-functional requirements. • Manage communication and expectations across teams. • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders. • Identify and communicate risks, propose mitigation strategies. • Ensure deadlines are met and expectations are managed. • Assist in requirements gathering and analysis. • Develop and maintain project schedules, reports, and documentation. • Record meeting notes, action items, and status updates. • Support quality assurance processes during development and implementation. • Track and report on project milestones and deliverables. • Maintain audit-ready documentation. • Assist with system rollouts, data migration, and testing. • Identify opportunities for process improvement. • Contribute to optimization of IT and operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree: any project management courses completed will be an advantage. • 3 - 6 years of overall experience, with maximum exposure/experience in project coordination/management activities. • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or operations within IT, SaaS, or technology-driven environments. • Understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or software development lifecycle is a plus. • Confident use of project and development methods as well as extensive know-how of methods, tools and applications for project management. • Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as a very structured and independent way of working. • High level of commitment, ambition and passion. • Fluent in English is required, both written and spoken.
