📋 Description

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. • Provide accurate information regarding Costco products, services, and policies. • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and account management. • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating to higher levels when necessary. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system. • Uphold Costco's high standards of customer service in every interaction. • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a consistent customer experience. • Stay informed about company updates, promotions, and new products. • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus. • Proven experience as a customer service representative or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a remote setting. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software. • Ability to work independently while being a team player. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
