• Create visuals, one-pagers, and slides using Canva, Figma, and AI tools such as Claude Design • Develop content for the website, newsletter, and LinkedIn • Contribute to articles and customer case studies • Support campaigns and webinars, from landing page creation through follow-up • Work directly with sustainability managers at large companies • Automate recurring processes using Zapier and HubSpot workflows • Recreate manual processes and ensure clean data handoffs • Plan and publish content for the LinkedIn channel • Analyze the performance of topics and formats and apply insights to future posts • Take ownership of your own topics from ideation through execution • Work with Karen, the Marketing Lead, and gain insights into various areas of modern B2B marketing
• Currently enrolled in a degree program with at least two semesters remaining • Native-level German (C2) and confident English skills • Initial experience in B2B marketing • A strong feel for copy and for finding the right words for our target audience (sustainability managers) • An eye for detail combined with a big-picture perspective • A hands-on mindset and high quality standards without getting lost in perfectionism • Availability for 15–20 hours per week; there is an option to increase your hours during semester breaks, and we will find a solution during exam periods • Based in Berlin • Basic understanding of SEO and how to make content visible in AI search systems (a plus, not required) • Enjoy automating repetitive tasks, for example with Zapier or Claude (a plus, not required) • Interest in climate and sustainability topics (a plus, not required) • Initial experience with marketing technology tools such as HubSpot, Framer, WebinarGeek, LinkedIn, Notion, ClickUp, Canva, Figma, Slack, Claude, and Zapier (a plus, not required) • Ability to manage 2–3 projects in parallel and keep track of deadlines • Ability to use AI every day while keeping the results human • Ability to identify and improve workflows • Fast learner who can quickly get up to speed with new topics and tools • Clear written communication skills • Strong self-organization and a proactive approach to raising issues • Flexibility to switch between design, copy, and spreadsheets
