📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting activities on network devices such as switches and firewalls; • Ensure availability and capacity of information assets through monitoring systems; • Apply patches and firmware updates to appliances and servers; • Handle technical tickets via an ITSM system; • Support information security and infrastructure projects; • Provide support for Windows endpoints; • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure security in new projects and implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Processing or Systems Analysis; • Fortinet FortiGate Administrator certification 7.2 or higher; • Intermediate or technical-level English; • Experience administering hypervisors in OpenStack clusters; • Experience administering Cisco and Fortinet network devices at OSI layers 2 and 3; • Experience implementing baselines on network devices; • Knowledge of network protocols such as the TCP/IP model, VPN, IPsec and TLS; • Familiarity with security solutions and tools such as NGFW, IPS, IDS and web filtering; • Experience managing mission-critical environments; • Knowledge of security monitoring and incident response, including investigation and implementation of corrective measures on managed devices; • Familiarity with Change Management and Privileged Access Management processes.
