📋 Description

• Maintenance, enhancement and development of ITOM and ITAM modules • Administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform • Management and improvement of processes related to IT operations and assets • Implementation of automations and workflows • Integration of ServiceNow with other tools and enterprise systems • Support for CMDB governance and asset lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field • Practical experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM • Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including user, group and role management, basic configuration, security and compliance • Knowledge of ITSM (Incidents, Problems and Changes) • Experience with CMDB and relationships between Configuration Items (CIs) • Experience with workflow and process automation • Knowledge of Discovery and asset inventory (hardware, software, cloud and digital certificates) • Experience with integrations via APIs, Business Rules and JavaScript • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) • Previous experience in IT support or service management • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Desired) • CIS – ITOM Certification (Desired) • CIS – ITAM Certification (Desired) • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification (Desired) • Active participation in the ServiceNow community (Desired)
