âą Conduct user research and usability analyses. âą Develop user-centered journeys, flows, and wireframes. âą Create low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes. âą Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to turn insights into digital solutions. âą Apply Design Thinking methodologies throughout all stages of the conception process.
đŻ Requirements
âą Bachelor's degree completed. âą Proven experience in UX Design. âą Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping. âą Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). âą Knowledge of prototyping and usability testing. âą Experience with UI Design and Design Systems. âą Familiarity with user research and behavior analysis tools (Hotjar, Maze, etc.). âą Up-to-date portfolio demonstrating UX projects.
