📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our client leading European Public Organization Team. • Responsible to coordinate the work of 3 senior applications architects. • Contribute to the elaboration of technical requirements and review technical specifications. • Liaise with Member States authorities to collect user needs for the development of our Client Adaptors. • Report the activities of several technical working groups with Member States. • Maintain the technical documentation related. • Report the progress of the activities to the Head of Unit and the Programme Leader. • Draft Progress report of the Transitional Phase. • Prepare the performance report. • Ensure the quality of the deliverables by proof-reading, reviewing documents structure, readability, usability by target audience, as well as accuracy, consistency and completeness of the content. • Contribute to the communication related with presentations during workshops or conferences. • Work in an Agile environment with our Client Team, and occasionally with external teams/representatives to deploy, configure and maintain the network and software solutions for information exchange. • Should have basis knowledge of java development, micro-service architecture, public cloud deployment and integrations environment, to coordinate the work of the application architects.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of work experience in project and programs management in the IT domain. • At least 3 years of work experience managing a team of developers. • Any degree (Bachelor and Master) related with Computer Science or Engineering Software. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Very good capacity in preparing and writing technical documents in English. • Aptitude to work in an international, multi-cultural environment. • Capability to manage and guide team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables. • Skill to interact with user communities and translate use requirements into technical actions. • Rapid self-starting capability and experience in working in team. • Proven ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, and to prepare and give presentations. • Excellent communications skills, and experience in developing relationships with complex stakeholder communities and building communities of common interest. • Basic knowledge of Java development environment. • Basic understanding of micro-service architectures. • Basic knowledge of Cloud infrastructures (e.g. AWS).
