📋 Description
• Responsible for processing and reconciling payroll for our professionals • Responsible for processing and reconciling expense reports for our professionals • Generate bills to our clients using various cost reports • Work closely with a billing specialist to ensure accuracy on all bills • Ensure accuracy on all client bills • Protect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3+ years of accounting experience, including AP and Billing • Experience with billing cost-plus contracts • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive materials • Foreign currency to USD conversion experience preferred, but not required • Demonstrated interpersonal, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
