📋 Description
• Manage projects from initiation through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with quality standards, timelines, and budget. • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, linguists, and localization specialists to design efficient and scalable workflows. • Oversee distributed, multilingual teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and mitigating project risks. • Ensure high data quality through the implementation of quality control processes and feedback loops. • Use both internal and external tools to manage data workflows and monitor project performance. • Maintain client relationships, scoping requirements, prepare reports, and provide regular project updates and recommendations. • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging accountability and ongoing professional development.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience in data project management or a related field. • Proven experience managing multilingual teams and working with culturally diverse stakeholders. • Familiarity with data annotation tools and NLP / AI platforms. • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are a plus). • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
