📋 Description

• Owning the project from initial planning to delivery. • Manage the entire life cycle of projects to achieve highest level of client satisfaction, quality, and efficiency. • Work in coordination with the Sales Managers for existing & New clients; provide inputs on project feasibility/workarounds. • Co-ordinate/communicate with the clients throughout the duration of the projects in a timely manner and update them on the exact status. • Checking and reviewing the instruction list that is given to Internal & External resources. • Ensure highest quality level of work by following & applying a strict quality control process for all jobs before delivered to the client. • Ensure client is satisfied with Quality & Timely service. • Successful management of Project Budgets (Operating Profitability). • Closely monitor the progress of production at each stage of the process; prioritizing tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously. • On-time completion of projects leading to On-Time Billing. • Troubleshooting issues/concerns as needed. • Documentation and Reporting - Update TMS, Status to client and internal customer, Project status reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Any graduate degree • Prior experience in Project Management • At least 5 years’ experience in the relevant industry - Localization • Experience in working with industry and project specific tools (PMS, CAT, Data tools) • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Excellent English and Japanese written and spoken skills • Effective listener and communicator • Capable to multi-task and be flexible • Inclined towards self-development and continuous learning
