📋 Description

• Our client, based in New Jersey, is seeking a Business Development Director. • The client is a developer-friendly payment gateway. • Created a marketplace revolution with flexible EMV solutions. • Can be integrated with POS systems using only a few lines of code. • Serves thousands of customers across every major industry throughout the United States, UK and Canada. • Responsibilities include managing sales plan and generating new strategic partnerships • Performing outbound efforts for pipeline development and maintaining strong relationships with decision makers.

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of success in Business Development • Background in the payments industry a plus. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. • Previous experience successfully managing to a revenue quota. • Track record of growing revenue. • Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line. • Team player focused on excellence. • Excellent communication skills, written and oral. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals. • Strong financial acumen, ability to understand common merchant services financial metrics. • Ability to accurately and truthfully explain all benefits and costs to prospective partners. • Ability to leverage strong business development skills and maintain an aggressive desire to grow business. • Travel 25 to 40%
