📋 Description

• Drive quality throughout the software development lifecycle by building automated testing strategies that identify issues early and accelerate delivery with confidence. • Lead the development of scalable automation frameworks, test suites and engineering tools that improve efficiency, maintainability and long term product quality. • Create reliable continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines that enable faster releases while maintaining high quality standards. • Influence engineering excellence by identifying code quality improvements, reducing technical risk and promoting test driven development and behavior driven development practices. • Drive application performance, load and security testing initiatives that strengthen reliability, scalability and client confidence. • Build innovative testing solutions for application programming interfaces (APIs), Representational State Transfer (REST) services and non user interface components to expand automated test coverage. • Shape quality engineering best practices by partnering with developers, business teams and stakeholders to create effective testing strategies and measurable outcomes. • Serve as a trusted technical leader for testing activities, driving issue resolution, mitigating risks and ensuring successful delivery across complex initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience. • Significant experience in software testing, software development and quality engineering within complex technology environments. • Strong expertise in automation frameworks, continuous integration and continuous delivery practices. • Experience working with modern software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD). • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, Perl, Groovy, Structured Query Language (SQL) or similar technologies. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex systems and drive effective quality solutions. • Proven ability to collaborate across technical and business teams while influencing quality outcomes and engineering best practices.
