📋 Description
• Own the internal AI automation roadmap across sales, operations, support, and people teams • Run quarterly automation discovery sessions with team leads • Design, build, and ship 2–3 production AI automations per month • Wire LLM APIs into workflows with strong prompt design • Instrument every automation with metrics • Maintain the prompt and eval library • Document each automation clearly • Train team leads to self-serve simple automations • Partner with Security and IT on data handling, access, and compliance reviews
🎯 Requirements
• 2–4 years building production automations or internal tools • Hands-on experience with at least one low-code automation platform: n8n, Make, Zapier, or Workato • Comfortable integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) into real workflows • SQL fluency • Light scripting in Python or JavaScript • Pragmatic problem solver with strong product instincts • Clear communicator with ability to explain complex workflows
