🎯 Requirements
• 7–10+ years of creative leadership experience in consumer brands—preferably DTC, beauty, wellness, or health-tech. • Demonstrated success balancing brand storytelling with performance marketing goals. • Strong creative portfolio across digital campaigns, content strategy, and multi-channel design systems. • Deep understanding of social-first content and viral formats (TikTok, Reels, UGC). • Excellent art direction, visual storytelling, and copy sensibility. • Exceptional team leader, communicator, and collaborator. • Highly data-informed and iterative in creative processes. • Passionate about health, science, beauty, and confidence-boosting products.
