• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing enquiries via email and live chat promptly and professionally. • Assist customers with payments, order processing, and general questions related to their dermatological treatments. • Analyse customer service trends and collaborate with teams such as Medical, Product Management, and Business Development. • Support the continuous improvement of customer service processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction. • Provide insights and ideas to optimise the customer experience based on feedback and common concerns.
• Fluent in German (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience, even in high-pressure situations. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Interest in dermatology, healthcare, or beauty is a plus. • Proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new digital tools. • Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to provide an outstanding customer experience. • Previous experience in customer service is beneficial, but candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
