📋 Description

• Design high-impact assets across ads, landing pages, campaigns, and sales materials that drive measurable results • Own and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring it’s distinctive, cohesive, and future-ready across all markets • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and employer branding teams to align visuals with strategic goals and maximize performance • Translate brand strategy and data insights into creative visuals that engage and convert audiences • Operate with speed and precision — testing, iterating, and refining designs based on feedback and performance metrics • Create visually compelling materials for internal events, investor decks, and product presentations • Stay ahead of creative and digital trends to continuously elevate design quality and impact

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within fast-paced brands, tech startups, or creative agencies • Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial design that drives performance • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (motion design or 3D experience is a plus) • Strategic mindset with the ability to connect design execution to broader marketing goals • Fast, reliable, and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality • Strong collaborator who can communicate effectively with marketers, copywriters, and leadership • Data-driven creative who balances aesthetic excellence with conversion-focused design • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
