📋 Description
• Coordinate auto transports: Support the operations team by coordinating vehicle transport services in a fast-paced, growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers. • Ad-hoc support: Provide ad-hoc assistance to the operations team with various tasks as needed. • Cross-department collaboration: Work with carriers, customers, and other partners to maintain seamless workflows and effective communication. • Customer communication: Manage phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are addressed and delivering excellent service throughout the process.
🎯 Requirements
