• Analyze product usage, user behavior, and marketing campaign performance with a focus on business impact, growth, and revenue optimization. • Collaborate with product managers and marketers to define commercial metrics, design and execute A/B or multivariate experiments, and translate results into actionable business strategies. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and provide insights that inform decision-making at the strategic level. • Build and deploy data pipelines and models to automate reporting and analysis processes. • Proactively identify and investigate data anomalies or trends affecting product and marketing outcomes. • Present findings clearly to stakeholders, translating complex data into business recommendations. • Contribute to the development and enhancement of data infrastructure and analytical tools in collaboration with the product analytics team.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science); Master’s preferred. • 7+ years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics with measurable business impact. • Strong understanding of statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis). • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets. • Experience in designing, executing, and interpreting experiments (A/B, multivariate) in product or marketing contexts. • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and commercial acumen skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders. • Experience with e-commerce businesses; experience with subscription-based models is a plus. • Technical proficiency with: Python (Anaconda, Poetry/Pipenv or piplock), Version Control: Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure: AWS (S3, ECR, EKS), Reporting & Visualization: Tableau, Streamlit, Workflow Orchestration: Prefect or Airflow.
