• Develop clear, differentiated product messaging and positioning across customer segments. • Articulate the platform’s value proposition in terms of customer outcomes. • Build and maintain messaging frameworks for both practitioner and executive audiences. • Create website content and marketing assets. • Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends and competitive positioning. • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches. • Develop persona-specific launch content. • Collaborate with sales to refine messaging for different buyer personas. • Partner with marketing and product teams to produce high-quality content.
• Significant hands-on experience working in the DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud native ecosystem. • Deep familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, OpenTofu, Helm), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipeline architectures. • Working knowledge of CI/CD, SRE practices and tooling (error budgets, runbooks, incident management), and Observability (metrics, logs, traces, alerting). • Ability to quickly evaluate technical content for accuracy, relevance, and audience fit without needing to ramp up on fundamentals. • Comfort holding substantive conversations with engineers, architects, platform teams, and senior technical leaders alike. • Demonstrated willingness to work in an AI-augmented workflow—using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar. • Ability to translate technical capabilities into outcome-focused narratives that resonate with executive buyers. • Proven success working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams in a fast-moving startup environment.
