📋 Description

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with TSB’s premium positioning • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, short-form videos, carousels, etc.) for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and potentially TikTok • Translate complex topics (music rights, catalog valuation, transactions) into clear and engaging narratives • Manage day-to-day social media operations (posting, scheduling, engagement) • Collaborate with the founder/team to extract insights and turn them into content • Maintain a consistent brand voice: premium, strategic, and authoritative • Monitor performance and optimize content based on analytics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management and/or content creation • Fluent in English (written and spoken) — must be able to create content at a native or near-native level • Strong understanding of content trends, storytelling, and digital positioning • Experience creating content for B2B, premium brands, or professional services is a strong plus • Experience or familiarity with the music industry (artists, publishing, rights, etc.) is highly preferred • Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table
